THE DESIGN RESPONSE

  • Esthetic = modern NW style Modern home.

  • A 2-story with a 3rd floor roof deck.

  • “U” shaped floor plan design incorporating a courtyard.

  • Open main floor of living spaces with 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor.

  • A centrally located stone fireplace with a steel/wood sculptural stair connects the 2 floors.

  • Exterior access to a stair to the roof top deck.

  • Courtyard design to shelter from the adjacent street noise and focus on the quiet interior courtyard.

  • Simple palette of wood, glass, stone, tile and concrete.

  • Wood finishes throughout to create warmth.

  • Roof top outdoor space that allows views to the lake.

  • Also includes an outdoor fireplace and hot tub and lounging areas.
